This causes new and interesting flavors not typically possible in traditional fermentation through boosted acidity.\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003e\u003cbr\u003eWe taste:\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp style=\"text-align: left;\"\u003eAromas of mixed citrus and subtle plum and cherry jam sweetness waft from the cup. At first sip, key lime acidity and sweetness present with hibiscus tea subtlety in the aftertaste.
