Eduardo Quisipe's farm is relatively new but has been producing exceptional coffees year in and year out. Elevation is nearly 2100m, giving this coffee the ability to develop slowly and build complexity. 

We taste:
Marigold and sweet yellow florals paired with fresh tropical fruit acidity like mango and kiwi. Layered on top of sweet honey syrup with a persistent mouthfeel gives this coffee depth and structure
